24 HOURS 

To cancel your appointment

As a courtesy to your friendly Bodhi Lotus Salon Stylists, we respectfully request that you provide us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 

Your appointment is very important to us, but when you forget to cancel or do not give us enough notice, we miss a great opportunity to fill that appointment time with someone on our waiting list. 

Going forward, we will be implementing a 24-hour notice policy and cancellation fees will apply. For each Bodhi Lotus Salon service you book, we will require that you provide a credit card to hold your reservation, or an invoice will be sent and fees may apply. 

Late Cancellations 

For cancellations that occur less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, the card we have on file will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment, the card we have on file will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled to be performed.

Late Policy

Please call to let us know if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, we can’t guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled to be performed by your stylist.
